Cross functional communication and coordination with Accounts Receivable, Chargeback, Finance & Customer Analytics team.
Responsible for sending customer offers and processing the customer response in a timely manner.
Cross train on other accounts to provide back up support.
Use several systems to implement and communicate customer pricing.
Requirements
Minimum of 2+ year’s experience in generic pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Bachelor’s degree required (Preferably in Business, Science or related field)
Minimum of 2 years in pricing, sales, marketing and/or finance in the generic pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Microsoft Access, PriceRight, Flex, SAP
Understanding of generic pharmaceutical supplier and/or purchaser business model, business terms, payment/billing/accrual processes.
SAP knowledge preferred.
