Own and deliver a calendar of high-impact digital and in-person events, including industry conferences, company-branded flagship events, regional meetups and customer engagements
Lead end-to-end event campaigns: collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Senior Leadership to define target audiences, outreach strategies, and engagement goals for each event
Build a clear framework for event ROI, reporting on key metrics (attendance, engagement, pipeline impact, conversion, community growth) and continuously optimising for performance
Partner with subject matter experts and customer advocates to shape compelling programming and ensure high-value attendee participation
Build and nurture an active community of customers, prospects, and industry influencers—through event-led networking and customer advocacy initiatives that keep the company top of mind between events
Own pre-and post-event communications, ensuring seamless handoff and thoughtful follow-up to maximise conversion and relationship-building
Identify and empower customer champions to share their stories through speaking opportunities, testimonials, and peer-to-peer referrals
Design repeatable playbooks and scalable infrastructure to support the company's growing event presence
Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics across multiple cities and time zones
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B event marketing, ideally within SaaS, legal tech, or professional services
Proven ability to engage C-level audiences and work closely with executive stakeholders across the US market
Experience delivering a range of events—from intimate roundtables and community meetups to full-scale conferences
A campaign mindset: understanding how to align events with broader marketing, community engagement, and revenue objectives
Strong communicator and collaborator who thrives cross-functionally and manages multiple stakeholders and timelines with ease
Analytical and data-driven, with experience tracking and reporting on pipeline contribution and event ROI
Proficiency with event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Hopin), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), and community or engagement tools (e.g., Slack, LinkedIn, Common Room)
Resourceful, creative, and excited to shape a world-class event engine at a high-growth company
Willingness to travel domestically to support events across key US markets
