Collaborate with resolver teams to resolve and follow up on customer requests.
Identify automation opportunities and develop or propose tools to address them.
Participate in security forums to prevent cyberattacks and ensure compliance with LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).
Monitor technology trends and evaluate/recommend new solutions.
Perform system analysis and proactive tuning.
Seek tools to automate root cause analysis of problems.
Discuss area indicators (KPIs) analytically and collaboratively.
Meet annual targets agreed with leadership.
Foster productive technical discussions within the team.
Drive systematic upgrades of legacy environments, coordinating with internal areas.
Participate in technical and contractual discussions with hardware and service vendors.
Propose improvements to the test (QA) environment to optimize timelines and deliveries.
Support technical training of junior analysts, apprentices and interns.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
Experience with VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, KVM, DCS, HCS and Citrix.
Management of hosts, clusters, templates, snapshots and high availability (HA).
Knowledge of vMotion, Storage vMotion, DRS, vCenter and ESXi.
Administration of Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022).
Strong command of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO and WSUS.
Experience with PowerShell for task automation and scripting.
Experience with Microsoft Azure, OCI, GCP, DCS and HCS.
Management of virtual machines in cloud environments.
Knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and hybrid cloud.
Experience with Azure AD, IAM and monitoring.
Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, enterprise antivirus and server hardening.
Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow).
Analytical skills and a strong focus on problem solving.
