Responsible for a judicial caseload in consumer and civil matters;
Drafting all pleadings and documents for the caseload;
Negotiating and executing settlements;
Updating the firm's and client's case management systems;
Monitoring case progress (procedural follow-up);
Other routine tasks related to the caseload.
Requirements
Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association);
Law degree (undergraduate in Law), postgraduate specialization in the field preferred;
Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law;
Experience with Civil Procedure (mandatory);
Strong writing skills and analytical reasoning are essential;
Ability to work effectively in a team;
Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
Able to manage high volumes of work and urgent requests;
Verbal and written communication skills;
Reliability and consistent attendance.
