About this role
Role Overview
Support and/or implement elements of the integrated communication and marketing plan (360º
institutional brand, products, internal communications, digital, events and POS materials), considering Viter's business strategy, and ensure the institutional communication of the VC brand linked to the business.
Propose and/or execute improvements to marketing communication actions, delivering value to the business and meeting customer needs and satisfaction with excellence.
Propose and/or execute actions to position and consolidate the Viter brand and its portfolio in the agribusiness market.
Execute special projects such as launches of new products, new units, campaigns, etc.
Act critically and innovatively, with a focus on results and customer access.
Support the creation of structured plans based on annual challenges and objectives—providing relevant inputs on event presence, regionalization and institutional matters.
Execute, monitor, control, measure and report the activities proposed in the department’s strategic and tactical plans related to events, regionalization and institutional topics.
Support the structuring and execution of the department's routine activities (portfolio support materials; institutional collateral; commemorative dates; correct use of the brand; benchmarks; etc.).
Support and assist regional teams: SE, CBR, Resellers and SU.
Actively contribute to the creation/update/execution/measurement of Viter's strategic digital media plan (institutional and regional).
Support the development/update of digital content and actions.
Be responsible for internal approvals of technical content with the responsible team (institutional and regional).
On a regional basis, actively manage the full media cycle: opportunity analysis; involvement of the advertising agency; quotations; proposal analyses; negotiations; contracting; agency briefings aligned with Viter strategy; internal material validation; sending material to media; media checking and historical record keeping.
Ensure departmental information/strategy alignment with Brazil media strategy.
Compile the annual agribusiness events calendar, verify alignment with Viter strategy and identify feasibility and opportunities for national event demands.
On a regional basis (SE, CBR, SU and Resellers), be responsible for the full event cycle execution (negotiation and rental of space; when applicable, hiring a stand builder according to scope; when applicable, submission of events to the VC sponsorship committee; pre-, during
and post-event promotion; availability of support materials; payments; measurement of results; reports, historical archives, continuous improvement processes; etc.).
Ensure departmental information/strategy alignment with Brazil events strategy.
On a regional basis, keep internal audiences (VC, Viter and Operations) engaged and well-informed about Viter.
Monitor budget execution and project the financial resources and expenses of the marketing package for activities under your responsibility.
Provide critical contributions to departmental activities.
Support trademark registration processes (legal procedures, budgeting, payments, filing, etc.).
Organize, archive and, when appropriate, make department materials available.
Maintain active relationships with various stakeholders (suppliers, third parties, internal teams, influencers).
Implement, enable and promote actions and projects carried out by other areas.
Produce, manage inventory, distribute and ensure the correct use of celebration and recognition gifts.
Provide support for incentive campaigns and relationship programs (internal and external).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field. Preferably with a specialization in Marketing.
Experience in communication and marketing routines.
Good knowledge of event organization.
Good knowledge of physical, digital and engagement communication channels.
Strong communication skills.
High capacity for multitasking and strong organizational skills.
Postgraduate degree in communication or business is desirable.
Experience in communications within the agricultural market.
