Responsible for client servicing and direct client liaison;
Monitor activities with the creative and content teams, managing briefing collection and alignment, and updating the internal work request system;
Maintain a critical eye on the quality of deliverables to ensure they are aligned with strategy and client needs;
Develop campaign planning — including strategy, tactical breakdowns, and execution timelines;
Prepare budgets and manage vendors/suppliers when necessary;
Produce monthly reports summarizing activities performed during the period;
Support corporate/institutional initiatives and materials.

Degree in Communication fields such as Public Relations, Journalism, or related areas;
Previous experience in Internal Communications and project management;
Passion for communication and for creating distinctive experiences for people.
