About this role
Role Overview
End-to-end responsibility for Workday user adoption across all deployed modules in over 70 countries
Management of the international Change & Adoption network
Analysis of business requirements, HR processes, and pain points
Translating these into scalable enablement, training, and communication strategies
Acting as the interface between Group People Technology, HR, and business stakeholders
Developing and steering the global adoption strategy, including defining and tracking relevant KPIs
Designing role-based learning journeys
Requirements
University degree (e.g., Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, HR, Business Informatics) or equivalent qualification
Several years' experience in HR transformation, HRIS implementations, or digital change initiatives, preferably in an international environment
Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes (e.g., hire-to-retire)
Proven experience translating business requirements into user-centered enablement concepts and adoption strategies
High level of personal responsibility and strategic thinking
Ideally, experience measuring and managing user adoption in Workday
Excellent communication skills in German and English
