Drive sales process through territory managers to meet or exceed targets
Promote and sell differentiated TFF Membrane Solutions
Develop and execute a Regional management plan
Conduct sales negotiations with technical and planning departments
Establish and maintain Strategic Key Account relationships
Provide accurate and timely sales reporting and forecasting
Interface with Business and Market Development
Execute all aspects of field sales activity including customer visits and demonstrations

A minimum of a BSc degree in a relevant scientific subject
A minimum of 5-10+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical or life science industries
Strong understanding of Chromatography and Filtration
Proven successful sales track record
Proven ability to build trusting relationships with customers
Strong analytical and forecasting skills
Willing to travel extensively throughout the territory
