Lead client engagements focused on advanced primary care, onsite clinic optimization, and direct contracting strategies
Conduct health center data analysis, including claims analysis, breakeven modeling, and strategic recommendations
Design and manage end-to-end RFP, including strategy sessions, vendor evaluation, finalist facilitation, BAFO coordination, and contract negotiations
Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps with defined goals tied to utilization, engagement, clinical outcomes, and financial ROI
Oversee vendor accountability, performance guarantees, staffing model audits, and operational effectiveness
Facilitate stakeholder alignment sessions with HR, Finance, Procurement, and Executive Leadership
Support implementation and transition processes to ensure seamless clinic go-live and operational stability
Contribute to business development efforts by supporting producer strategy and client solution discussions
Maintain subject matter expertise in advanced primary care, occupational medicine integration, and employer-sponsored care models.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field
7+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, employer health strategy, or benefits management
Deep understanding of self-funded health plans, healthcare cost drivers, and ROI modeling
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with defined timelines
Strong executive presence with the ability to lead senior-level discussions and influence decisions
Experience with RFP development, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiation
Advanced analytical skills, including data analysis and visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing deliverables
Demonstrated leadership in strategic planning and healthcare program development
Flexible, solutions-oriented professional comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
