About this role
Role Overview
Analyze recruitment data for Medical students, supporting the team's strategic decision-making.
Extract, clean, and consolidate databases using tools such as Excel, Salesforce, Alteryx, DBeaver, and/or Databricks.
Build and monitor performance metrics across the entire recruitment funnel.
Generate insights and recommendations from data analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization of results.
Support the creation of reports and executive presentations.
Collaborate with various teams (Pricing, Media, Regional teams, among others), ensuring alignment and consistency of information.
Propose improvements and new analytical solutions, including the use of automations and AI tools to increase efficiency.
Requirements
Experience in data analysis and manipulation.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience with data extraction and processing tools (such as Alteryx, DBeaver, Databricks, or similar).
Analytical mindset with strong ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Well-organized and detail-oriented.
Good communication skills for interacting with different teams.
Proactivity and interest in proposing improvements and new solutions.
Interest or experience with AI and automations will be considered a plus.
