About this role
Role Overview
Interact with strategic indicator specialists to draft, review and continuously update the PEG Manuals;
Contribute to the development and update of Evaluator Manuals and training support materials;
Support the organization and logistical execution of unit visits (scheduling, documentation, checklists and operational support);
Provide support for IT requests and interactions with PEG systems, ensuring proper operation and user guidance;
Assist in conducting unit visits, monitoring assessments and consolidating evidence;
Participate in discussions on improvements, innovations and operational adjustments for the Programs for Excellence in Management;
Contribute to data consolidation, supporting indicator analysis and monitoring reports;
Support the preparation of management presentations, reports and communication materials on PEG results;
Use data and digital tools (Excel, PowerApps, forms, internal systems) for organizing, controlling and analyzing information;
Support the maintenance and updating of dashboards and monitoring controls;
Work in partnership with Senior Analysts, Specialists and related areas to support the construction, implementation and sustainment stages of the PEGs;
Contribute to the execution of operational activities for YDUQS's Programs for Excellence in Management, ensuring methodological adherence and quality of deliverables.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed in Management, Business Administration or related fields;
Previous experience in management, process, quality, project or continuous improvement areas;
Availability to travel as required for unit visits;
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
Interest or experience with indicators, dashboards and data analysis (a plus);
Organized, analytical and collaborative profile;
Sense of urgency, negotiation skills, dynamism, ability to work under pressure and a strong results
and problem-solving orientation.
