Collaborate with strategic indicators specialists to format, review, and continuously update the PEG Manuals;
Support the development of the Evaluator Manuals and training materials;
Support all logistics required for conducting on-site visits to units;
Assist with IT requests and interactions within PEG systems;
Actively participate in innovation, continuous improvement, and evolution initiatives for the Management Excellence Programs;
Be responsible for leading and conducting unit visits, ensuring methodological alignment and quality of execution;
Prepare and deliver executive presentations, including consolidation of results, status reports, and strategic recommendations for various leadership levels;
Perform performance indicator analyses to support decision-making through critical data interpretation;
Use data and technologies to support management, analysis, and visualization of program performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or related fields;
Experience in Process Management or Operational Excellence;
Full availability for travel;
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on data analysis and presentations;
Previous experience working with dashboards, performance indicators, and digital tools;
Sense of urgency, negotiation skills, dynamism, ability to work under pressure, and strong results-orientation and problem-solving ability.
