Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient environment for staff, clients, and families
Work closely with the Clinic Manager, Clinical Director, RBTs, BCBAs, and administrative teams
Maintain high operational standards
Ensure schedule accuracy
Uphold all Golden Steps ABA policies
Assist in clinic operations, staff support, client & family support, scheduling & attendance monitoring, compliance & documentation, safety & emergency readiness, and collaboration with the clinical team
Model professionalism and communicate respectfully
Requirements
High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, education, childcare, or ABA settings
Current CPR/First Aid certification OR ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification OR willingness to obtain within 60–90 days (company supported)
Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, child-centered environment
Basic computer literacy and comfort learning new platforms
