Create and track sample requests used in prospecting processes.
Export SIP evaluation notes and forward them to the responsible area.
Record team meeting minutes and organize the availability and distribution of documents.
Send meeting minutes and informational/promotional materials to the executive and pedagogical teams.
Import and export registration spreadsheets in the AB and NAME Digital systems.
Perform shipments of correspondence, promotional items and materials, handling procedures with the Brazilian postal service (Correios).
Manage inventory of internal materials used for outreach and promotion.
Support general administrative routines as required.

High school diploma.
Technical or higher education in Administration, Management, or related fields is desirable.
Availability to work Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 in a hybrid model, based in the Mercês neighborhood.
Basic Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel).
Organizational skills and document management.
Experience with internal systems (AB, NAME Digital or similar) is a plus.
