Evaluates, plans, directs, and administers programs of Occupational Therapy (OT)
Plans and conducts OT programs to restore function and prevent disability
Develops and updates an appropriate plan of care in collaboration with patient and family
Implements individualized treatment plan using skilled evidence-based therapy techniques
Provides occupational therapy treatment based on patient needs assessment
Performs reassessment when indicated and modify therapy plans accordingly
Communicates patient progress and limitations to supervisors and team members
