Plan, execute and optimize the digital marketing strategy with a focus on performance, ensuring the generation of qualified leads
Manage agencies, vendors and digital channels, maintaining a strong interface between marketing, sales and CRM, and overseeing the entire customer journey
Define and lead the digital marketing strategy (performance and brand/institutional)
Plan, monitor and optimize campaigns across online channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, portals, etc.)
Create and implement growth initiatives and A/B tests for continuous performance improvement
Manage lead flow and ensure quality from generation through delivery to the sales team
Administer the CRM (lead management, funnel, reporting and integrations)
Requirements
Solid experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance and lead generation
Proficiency with media platforms: Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads and YouTube Ads
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in GA4, performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROI, CAC) and sales funnel analysis
Experience in lead management and CRM (tracking, qualification and conversion analysis)
Experience managing agencies and vendors, with oversight and accountability for results
Experience with ON (digital) and OFF (branding) media, with a performance focus
Excel at intermediate/advanced level
Experience in the real estate/property development market (strongly preferred — can be made a requirement if possible)
