Role Overview
- Managing the Quality Assurance department, including planning and implementation
- Conducting supplier audits
- Overseeing customer and system audits
- Further developing the QA system
- Further developing the QM system (ISO 9001, ISO 50001, BRC / IOP)
- Initiating quality-related improvements to products and processes / reducing complaints and internal holds
- Handling complaints
- Planning and conducting training to improve quality
- Improving customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Preferably a graduate engineer, master craftsman, or technician, with a willingness to pursue further training in QA
- Good English skills, good computer skills
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Good knowledge of the product range
- Knowledge of management systems
- Knowledge of hygiene management and energy management
- Knowledge of food materials
- Ability to work under pressure
