About this role

Manage clients' remote access
Enforce information security policies across security tools (antivirus, content filtering, antispam, perimeter protection)
Perform Health Checks to ensure products follow security best practices
Administer firewalls, proxies, Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), and email filters; demonstrating the value of NSS products
Perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues
Oversee integration of security tools within the environment
Analyze and handle security incidents and alerts
Identify, analyze, and contain threats
Share knowledge and train less-experienced analysts

Preferred education: Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
Knowledge of techniques and processes for proof of concept (POC), acceptance testing, deployment, and validation of hardware and software solutions, infrastructure, telecom, and information security
Familiarity with the ISO/IEC 27000 family, LGPD (Brazilian data protection law), ITIL, and SIEM
Experience with networking, troubleshooting, firewalls, endpoints, operating systems, and IT infrastructure
CCNA
CCNP
1 to 2 years of experience in IT or Information Security
