Lead the identification, development, and deployment of Artificial Intelligence, advanced analytics, and workflow automation solutions within the Supply Chain organization
Drive modernization of supply chain processes through intelligent automation, data driven decision support, and responsible AI implementation
Identify high value AI and automation use cases across all supply chain processes
Lead design, development, and deployment of workflow automation and system integrations to eliminate manual tasks and process bottlenecks
Develop and maintain a prioritized AI transformation backlog aligned to business objectives
Serve as functional Product Owner for AI enabled supply chain tools
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data science, engineering, and IT teams
Lead pilot initiatives including intelligent document review and clause extraction, AI assisted cost and price analysis, subcontract risk scoring models, and generative AI copilots
Measure adoption, performance, and value realization across programs within SMS
Redesign legacy Supply Chain workflows into AI enabled decision support systems
Integrate AI solutions into ERP (MRP), procurement, and contract lifecycle management systems
Define structured and unstructured data requirements to support AI use cases
Standardize supply chain data elements to enable analytics and predictive modeling
Partner with Enterprise Data and Digital organizations to ensure secure and compliant data integration
Ensure AI solutions comply with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and cybersecurity requirements
Establish documentation and traceability standards suitable for audit environments
Support responsible AI implementation aligned with enterprise policies
Develop training materials and guidance to improve AI literacy within Supply Chain
Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor to leadership on AI opportunities and risks
Drive adoption through measurable change management strategies
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
Proven experience in supply chain process improvement and automation
Proficiency in automation tools and technologies such as RPA (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), AI, and ML
Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Familiarity with supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle SCM) is a plus
Proficient with MRP systems
Knowledge of FAR/DFAR/ITAR laws, rules, and regulations
Experience in managing various types of complex subcontracts, including hardware, software, complex services subcontracts, and follow-on/production subcontracts
US Government contract experience
Certification in process automation tools (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional)
Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
