About this role
Role Overview
Provide business development and marketing support to the firm’s Marketing Department
Assist with maintaining the team’s experience database
Coordinate and execute responses to external credentialing surveys and awards programs
Prepare practice development and collateral materials for client and targets
Assist with internal and external team communications
Work with assigned Business Development Team to develop/prepare customized pitch materials for prospect/client presentations
Assist in responding to RFPs
Support updating and keeping current the firm’s practice development information
Assist with directory, award and ranking submissions
Perform foundational industry, prospect, firm experience, and competitive research to support business development initiatives
Assist assigned Development Team with special projects as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
3-5 years of relevant experience in professional services, law firm experience preferred
Exceptional communication, organizational and project management skills
Strong editing and proofreading skills
Advanced capability in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint or Microsoft 365
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Strong oral and written communication skills
