Role Overview
- Create sign designs based on client direction and project requirements
- Prepare accurate client proofs for review and approval
- Make design revisions quickly and efficiently
- Produce production-ready artwork and files
- Support overflow production design work as needed
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all deliverables
- Send proofs and design updates to clients
- Follow up on approvals, revisions, and feedback
- Track project progress and maintain organized workflows
- Help move projects through the approval and production pipeline
- Coordinate communication between internal teams, customers, and installers to ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with installer communication, customer follow-up, approvals, and pricing coordination
- Support smooth execution from design through production and installation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of graphic design experience
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (top priority)
- Additional Adobe Creative Suite experience, including Photoshop and InDesign
- Experience producing accurate, fast-turnaround production design work
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable following direction and executing efficiently
- Experience in signage, print production, large-format graphics, or related industries
- Client-facing communication experience**
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Project coordination or workflow management experience
- Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools
- Estimating or production workflow knowledge
- Experience communicating with installers or production vendors
- Ability to read architectural floor plans, site plans, or construction drawings for signage placement
Benefits
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST
- Compensation: $2,000–$2,500 USD/month
- 100% remote work environment
