Coordinate/administer the F/A-18 IPT meeting; maintain test and asset delivery schedules and capture/track action items
Produce/maintain test execution metrics
Coordinate/administer the Watch Item & Deficiency Reporting process and quarterly meeting
Manage/administer the Test Data Management Working group quarterly meeting
Facilitate Contract Deliverables Requirements List (CDRL) reviews for the test teams, ensuring timely submission of documents to the program office
Manage/maintain organizational charts, phone lists, calendars, slide decks, seating charts, and new hire documentation
Manage/maintain entry access lists for program testing (to include coordination of observation deck seating for tests). Ensure deadlines are met, processes followed, and communication is clear and concise
Manage recurring and non-recurring meetings; to include building/updating slide decks, memos, ensure conference room etiquette is followed and VTC equipment is operational
Manage receipt and archival of all test reports (government and contractor produced)
Serve as primary SharePoint/Teams and shared drive file configuration manager
Serve as a data transfer agent which includes collecting, securing, cataloging, transporting, processing and storing classified and unclassified test data using prescribed networks
Requirements
Must have 3 to 10 years of experience
A Bachelor's Degree may be substituted for 4 years of work experience, a Master's Degree may be substituted for an additional 2 years
Must be familiar with Microsoft applications
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance
Experience with aircraft/weapons is HIGHLY desired
Navy acquisition and test experience desired
Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
