Implement opportunities in our bill pay system ensuring seamless payment delivery
Perform biller research including accepted delivery methods and customer data requirements
Document biller research findings including payment process flows and use cases
Manage and update critical biller data within Salesforce.com
Analyze existing Bill Pay systems and processes to identify inefficiencies
Propose innovative solutions that align with business objectives
Facilitate productive discussions among diverse teams
Monitor and test prospective billers to ensure system integrity
Assist in troubleshooting production issues and propose preventative measures
Lead analysis and design of complex Bill Pay initiatives
Identify and mitigate potential risks in project implementations
Conduct in-depth data analysis and create reports for stakeholders

High School Diploma or GED
3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for complex software applications
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Exceptional communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills
Proficiency in creating process flows, use cases, and other analytical models
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Technical proficiency in Excel, Research, and various Tools like Salesforce, Gmail/G-Suite, Notepad++
