Lead the engine of supply planning excellence at Solenis
Define and execute the European supply planning strategy aligned with global supply chain objectives and regional commercial priorities
Lead the planning transformation agenda, including organizational redesign, productivity improvement, and capability uplift
Own and drive the S&OP / IBP Supply Review framework, ensuring strong cross-functional alignment across Demand Planning, Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Procurement
Lead implementation of new supply planning tools, advanced analytics, and standardized planning processes
Ensure product availability across 14 warehouses, supporting consistent service delivery to customers across Europe
Deliver robust weekly supply plans to 13 factories and more than 70 third-party suppliers, driving performance to plan
Develop long-term capacity plans by production line to meet service targets while optimizing working capital
Proactively identify and mitigate supply risks impacting forecast delivery, OTIF, and customer service
Lead inventory management to achieve target inventory levels across all products, warehouses, and factories
Improve inventory health through increased inventory turns and reduction of obsolete and slow-moving stock
Drive significant cost reduction initiatives across supply planning and manufacturing output (including SMOG reduction)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
15+ years’ experience in supply chain planning within chemicals, FMCG, or industrial environments
Proven leadership of regional or global supply planning organizations in complex, multi-country settings
Demonstrated ownership and successful deployment of S&OP / IBP frameworks
Strong experience in planning digitalization, advanced analytics, and ERP environments (SAP / SAP IBP preferred)
Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain dynamics and trade-offs between service, cost, and working capital
Strong business acumen with P&L awareness and senior-level stakeholder influence
Experienced change leader with a structured, pragmatic, and results-oriented approach
Willingness to travel across Europe as required
