Role Overview
- Lead discovery and define requirements for strategic projects related to Tax Reform
- Create and prioritize the product backlog
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria
- Define test scenarios and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Map stakeholders and coordinate the validation process
- Translate business needs into agile team deliverables
- Align strategy with sponsors, clients and partner teams
- Monitor product, process and quality metrics
- Produce regular progress and results reports
- Identify issues and improvement opportunities
- Ensure continuous and incremental deliveries
- Define and track product KPIs and OKRs
- Manage the backlog considering business, technology and operations
- Communicate the product vision to the agile team
- Represent the voice of the customer in development
- Analyze market and competitor trends
- Monitor product lifecycle and evolution
- On-site at the client in Alphaville once per week
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Product Owner
- Experience with Protheus ERP (TOTVS)
- Experience in customer experience (CX) and product strategy
- Knowledge of product discovery
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
- User story writing and backlog management
- Experience with metrics (KPIs and OKRs)
- Ability to analyze and prioritize requests
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Postgraduate degree in Projects, Product Management, UX, CX or related areas
- PO or Scrum Master certifications
- Knowledge of Lean UX and Design Thinking
- Experience with Azure Boards
- Experience in the healthcare sector
- Knowledge of financial and tax processes
