Deeply understand Service Excellence processes and systems to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and gaps.
Use data-driven insights to diagnose issues and develop structured, practical solutions that enhance efficiency and completeness, including investigating cases and interviewing service teams.
Clearly document and communicate findings and recommendations to support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Manage stakeholders to ensure accountability and follow-through on key actions.
Monitor developed solutions, building frameworks and reporting mechanisms that enable the business to operate with clarity and speed.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in operations, analytics, or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
A fast learner, able to quickly understand processes and identify improvement opportunities to drive efficiency and better experience for our customers and partners.
Comfortable working with data to uncover insights and develop recommendations, with knowledge of BI tools, such as Looker, Power BI or others (including creating and updating dashboards, etc) and SQL querying.
A structured, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
