About this role

Provide 24/7/365 Tier 3 technical support for critical facility infrastructure
Delivering Tier 3 technical support to field technicians and management
Maintaining core site readiness by identifying, documenting, and prioritizing infrastructure deficiencies
Evaluating and identifying end of life or at risk critical infrastructure
Serving as a subject matter expert on cross functional projects
Supporting disaster recovery efforts for facilities and critical infrastructure systems
Assisting program managers with preventive maintenance scheduling and execution
Ensuring business continuity documentation is accurate and up to date
Managing capacity planning for critical infrastructure across assigned core locations

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience with critical infrastructure, electrical systems, and AC/DC power equipment
Ability to perform highly complex technical tasks and lead teams, vendors, and contractors on large scale projects
Strong verbal and written communication skills for conveying technical requirements and expectations
Positive, solutions oriented approach when working with internal and external partners
Solid working knowledge of computing and internet technologies
