About this role
Role Overview
Independently process repair and work orders, including management of loaner devices
Organize and coordinate returns and pick-ups, and handle delivery confirmations and price inquiries
Proactive, solution-oriented communication with internal and external customers via email and phone
Invoice processing, including resolving billing disputes and payment issues in collaboration with customers and internal departments
Log and track problem resolutions
Conduct follow-up investigations and reporting to meet KPIs
Contribute to (European) projects aimed at the continuous optimization of processes
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., office clerk, industrial clerk) or an equivalent qualification
At least 2–3 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing company, including order management
Confident user of MS Office, ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and CRM systems such as Salesforce
Excellent understanding of customer service process flows and practical experience
Strong appreciation for good documentation practices and record archiving
Strong communication skills, high customer orientation, and a structured, solution-oriented work approach
Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
