Role Overview
Provides support to 500+ personnel using computer workstations, printers, and peripheral devices.
Maintains local user accounts with the Army network and KBR applications.
Tests and validates applications, programs, and operational processes.
Performs technical, operational, and training support to users of personal computers either by telephone, or on-site for PC desktop hardware and software packages.
Provides coordination between users and components of a local area network enterprise and participates in the evaluation of system configuration and software.
Develops operational instructions and procedures for workstation users.
Identifies and resolves CPU error conditions beyond documented procedures, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Evaluates system performance data to identify inefficiencies and implement remediation strategies.
Facilitates support for local users with SharePoint and a variety of business applications.
Assists with supply functions such as warranty and lifecycle dates, hardware tracking, and inventory audits.
Requirements
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC)
Must possess a valid State Driver’s License.
Associate’s degree OR four years of related Experience
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Windows operating systems.
