Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage veterinarians (DVMs) and key hospital support staff
Leverage tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, events, and industry channels to reach passive candidates
Build and maintain a strong, diverse pipeline of qualified candidates
Proactively engage talent to support current and future hiring needs
Conduct initial outreach and assess candidate interest and alignment
Present qualified candidates and leads to the recruiting team
Utilize CRM/ATS platforms to track candidate activity, maintain accurate records, and ensure data integrity
Leverage sourcing tools, including Phenom, to identify, engage, and nurture high-quality veterinary talent pipelines
Analyze sourcing effectiveness and optimize outreach strategies
Stay informed on veterinary industry trends, talent market conditions, and competitive landscape
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to support the full recruitment lifecycle
Contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing processes and best practices.

3+ years of sourcing experience (veterinary or healthcare recruiting strongly preferred)
Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing strategies
Strong proficiency with CRM and/or ATS systems
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams and levels
High attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
A genuine passion for the veterinary industry and building high-performing teams.
