Drive the launch and growth of AbbVie’s Haemathology product by engaging hospital teams and executing territory plans
Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals to support patient access treatment and ensure appropriate product use, while working with Brand and Field Teams to implement strategies and achieve sales targets
Tailor scientific and product discussions to HCP needs, patient pathways, and local context
Develop and execute territory and strategic account plans aligned with launch objectives and brand strategy
Achieve sales targets and performance KPIs across the assigned geography
Identify growth opportunities by understanding treatment pathways, stakeholder influence, and market dynamics
Leverage AI-driven tools and analytics to enhance customer engagement, optimize territory planning, and support data-informed decision-making
Collaborate with Brand and In-Field teams to share insights, inform strategy, and ensure effective brand execution
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Haemathology, clinical data, and the evolving treatment landscape
Manage territory budget and promotional spend responsibly to support launch objectives and optimize resources.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in science, pharmacy, nursing, business, or a related field (minimum requirement)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, ideally in hospital, specialist, or account-based roles
Experience in Haemathology is strongly preferred
Proven commercial experience with a track record of achieving sales targets, preferably in a launch or growth-phase environment
Ability to engage effectively with complex stakeholder groups, including senior clinical decision-makers, and navigate hospital systems
Strong account planning, prioritisation, and territory management skills, with the ability to work autonomously
Experience collaborating cross-functionally to support brand execution and business objectives
Ability to generate and use insights to inform decisions and identify growth opportunities
Familiarity with CRM systems and a disciplined approach to reporting and administration
Full driving licence and right to work in Ireland.
