About this role
Role Overview
- Design solutions that meet user needs and business goals across devices within a complex application ecosystem.
- Conduct user research and discovery activities to identify user and business requirements.
- Develop wireframes to bring ideas to life, validate solutions, and conduct validation sessions.
- Actively understand and align with client goals and business contexts.
- Work closely with Product Owners to assess product requirements and translate them into interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure an intuitive, simple, and elegant user experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a UX/UI design role
- Expertise in user research, interaction design, prototyping tools and design methodologies
- Deep knowledge of usability, accessibility standards, and human-centered design principles
- Strong facilitation skills for workshops and stakeholder engagements
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
- Advanced proficiency in German and English (both written and spoken)
