Responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery and health of key digital capabilities or processes.
Translating business requirements into digital requirements and acceptance criteria.
Partnering with designers to develop client journeys.
Refining scope in collaboration with Technology teams.
Guaranteeing quality through business acceptance testing and ensuring successful go-to-market.
Helping drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of key client-facing and/or advisor-facing digital experiences across Merrill and Private Bank channels.
Requirements
7+ years experience in digital strategy, product management, or digital delivery/operations (financial services strongly preferred).
Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into digital requirements and acceptance criteria; comfortable working with agile teams.
Strong analytical skills and experience defining/using KPIs to drive decisions and measure outcomes.
Excellent executive communication skills—able to craft clear narratives, influence decisions, and navigate a matrixed organization.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under deadline in a fast-paced environment.
