Role Overview

• Maintain and expand a large to mid-sized book of business
• Develop the sales and retention strategy for client accounts
• Conduct robust client analyses to create customized product and solution recommendations
• Address escalated issues in a timely and effective manner
• Actively engage and nourish relationships and professional networks within client organizations
• Attend and participate in industry events and conferences

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Voluntary Benefits subject matter experience required
• Strong voluntary benefits product, process and market knowledge
• 5+ years’ experience as a Consultant with background in Client Management or Sales
• Strong financial and business acumen
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Current Life/Health License or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
• Strong collaboration and team focused skills
