Role Overview
Maintain and expand a large to mid-sized book of business
Develop the sales and retention strategy for client accounts
Conduct robust client analyses to create customized product and solution recommendations
Address escalated issues in a timely and effective manner
Actively engage and nourish relationships and professional networks within client organizations
Attend and participate in industry events and conferences
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required
Voluntary Benefits subject matter experience required
Strong voluntary benefits product, process and market knowledge
5+ years’ experience as a Consultant with background in Client Management or Sales
Strong financial and business acumen
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Current Life/Health License or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
