Mastery in Portfolio evolution strategies
OBPPC (ocasion, brand, product, price, channel) Definition
Proven experience in managing and leading complex cross-functional projects
Strategic & systematic thinking (forward looking vision)
Proven ability to work with high degree of autonomy
Data & analytical skills
Tool development and deployment experience
Ability of abstraction and influence others
Effectively communication across multilevel in the organization
Master: RGM Portfolio Management, Commercial Channel Strategy & Execution, Segmentation, Franchise Leadership, Business Planning & Project Management, Strategic and Analytical skills, agenda settlement and influencing skills
