Role Overview
- Optimize logistics operations across multiple construction sites
- Work closely with field logistics teams and internal/external stakeholders
- Conduct audits, time studies, and process mapping of on-site logistics operations
- Regularly gather, analyze, and report on logistics data
- Communicate regularly with internal and external logistics partners
- Oversee logistics operations for multiple large-scale construction projects
- Provide leadership and support to field teams to overcome logistical challenges
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 7 years of logistics operations experience
- At least 5 years in a management role overseeing logistics or supply chain operations
- Proven experience in managing logistics for large-scale projects, preferably in the construction industry
- Travel: Up to 75%
- Work Schedule: Between the hours of 7 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday
