Requirements
10+ years in creative leadership across B2B technology or SaaS
4+ years leading in-house creative teams
expertise in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma preferred
strong understanding of web, UX, accessibility, and digital best practices
experience operating in disciplined, performance-driven environments
understanding of marketing across multiple channels (digital, field, events, PR, web, sales) and experience driving a unified vision across those channels
