About this role
Role Overview
Support the Human Resources (HR) technology portfolio
Plan, implement, and support new HR applications and integrations
Perform requirements gathering, documentation, data validation, and testing
Responsible for reviewing simple to complex HR related business processes
Recommend, implement, integrate and manage changes to promote optimum efficiency
Translate business requirements to technical specifications
Build complex calculated fields and condition rules
Support testing efforts (e.g., regression testing)
Support Organizational Design and Change Management Specialists
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, education, computer science, information management or related discipline
Master’s degree is preferred
Three years of experience working with Cornerstone (LMS)
Implementing and supporting these technology systems with experience in human resources and learning management systems preferred
Additional education may be substituted for experience
Experience in healthcare and/or insurance industry preferred
