Drive sales, margin and market share growth across multiple locations
Develop and execute strategic customer group plans aligned to business objectives
Influence and align cross-functional teams to deliver consistent execution
Increase B2B online sales performance and programme engagement
Monitor competitor activity and implement localised growth initiatives
Maintain a structured branch and key customer visit programme
Lead change initiatives and embed best practice ways of working

Proven experience in multi-site trade, network development or large operational environments
Strong influencing capability; able to communicate vision and gain buy-in across diverse stakeholders
Commercially astute with a track record of delivering sales and margin growth
Confident relationship builder with strong communication skills
Experience supporting change initiatives and embedding new ways of working
Strong industry and technical trade knowledge (trade qualification highly regarded)
Self-motivated, adaptable and solutions focused.
