Serve as senior executive relationship manager for a large, global client account
Define and execute the overall account vision, strategy, and performance goals aligned to client business objectives
Lead multidisciplinary account teams across Integrated Facility Management, Transaction Management, Project & Development Services, Portfolio Administration, and Workplace Strategy
Drive client satisfaction, innovation, and continuous improvement across all service lines
Maintain full P&L ownership, including budgets, forecasts, profitability, and EBITDA targets
Identify and execute opportunities for service expansion, increased share of wallet, and contract renewals
Lead executive-level business reviews, governance meetings, and growth discussions
