Support the development and execution of account plans for assigned customers
Maintain regular contact with customers to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with customer needs
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
Support sales activities including customer meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
Understand customer needs, challenges, and business drivers through structured engagement
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Workday)
Gather and share customer feedback to support continuous improvement
Requirements
Basic account management and sales support capabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand customer needs and support solution development
Planning and organizational skills
Familiarity with CRM systems

Standard working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm
