About this role
Role Overview
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demos, negotiation, and closing
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads to identify business needs and opportunities
- Deliver compelling product presentations and tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and customer success teams to drive revenue growth
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and product updates
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in a closing role (Account Executive, Sales Executive, or similar)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong experience with outbound sales and pipeline management
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple deals and prioritize effectively
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, or tech-enabled services
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger)
- Experience selling to B2B clients in US, UK, or global markets
- Background working in startups or high-growth companies
