Lead programmatic oversight of Soft Tissue Capital sales processes across multiple therapies
Improve funnel conversion and reduce cycle times through structured sales coordination
Support account targeting, upgrade strategies, and portfolio expansion initiatives
Partner with commercial and T&E teams to align capital placements with market development needs
Provide insights and reporting to track progress toward capital revenue objectives
Enable consistent execution of the Pan‑Medtronic capital strategy across regions

Minimum 5 years of experience in Capital Equipment Sales, program management, or commercial operations
Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams in a complex sales environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and market data
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities
Familiarity with Soft Tissue technologies such as Hugo RAS
Ability to travel as needed to support field teams
