Grow the region by meeting or exceeding sales targets, account development goals, and market penetration milestones
Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, contractors, and architects to increase product awareness, shelf presence, and pull-through
Empower retailers with the tools, training, and in-store support they need to confidently represent and sell Trusscore
Identify and engage contractors who align with Trusscore’s value proposition
Collaborate closely with Sales Development Representatives and Field Sales Development Representatives to create full-territory coverage
Represent Trusscore at distributor events, retail open houses, contractor BBQs, and regional trade shows
Maintain an organized pipeline and regular reporting cadence using Salesforce
Travel throughout the territory is expected 50–75% of the time
Requirements
3+ years of outside sales experience in building materials or a related industry is an asset
Strong experience building relationships across distributors, retailers, contractors, and architects
Proven ability to drive new account growth while nurturing long-term partners
Highly organized and self-driven, with excellent time management and follow-through
Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Ability and willingness to travel frequently and independently across the region
