Establish and drive strong relationships with clients and maintain regular client contact to ensure that satisfaction levels are high.
Ensure there is good dialogue between the client and relevant departments to prevent/resolve issues related to the department and the client.
Involve in future strategy planning for Apex India which includes migration planning, hiring right talent, training, people career path and growth, process reengineering, process automation and stakeholder management.
Support operations on projects related to Automations/Work migrations/Conversions etc.
Support global changes in Key operating procedures and implementation.
Coordinate with Internal/External Stakeholders such as Securities/Trades and Pricing Team, Reporting Team, Investor Services team, Auditors, Client Service Managers and Clients.
Effectively monitor deliverables to ensure high SLA compliance within set accuracy standards.
Requirements
14+ years of relevant experience in the Administration of Hedge Funds and NAV calculations
CA/CMA/CFA/ACCA/MBA – Finance
Experience working with an investment management or finance-related firm
Good knowledge of the investment industry
Ability to think critically and objectively
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Large team management experience
Work additional hours as needed
