About this role
Role Overview
Manage the vendor onboarding and renewal process
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and risk assessments for vendor management
Lead and oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and performance
Maintain and monitor third-party vendor database and contract renewals
Conduct ongoing vendor due diligence reviews
Coordinate onboarding of new vendors with due diligence document gathering
Communicate regularly with all lines of business regarding vendor management
Provide training as needed and develop documentation for complex subjects
Ensure security and confidentiality of contract details
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
5+ years working knowledge of critical business processes within a financial institution
Vendor Management Certification, CRVPM or similar preferred
3
5 years of program/project management skills preferred
Exceptional analytical skills
Excellent verbal/written communication, administrative, and computing skills (Microsoft Office)
Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
Strong cooperative inter-departmental partnerships
