Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into actionable requirements
Capture 'as is' and model 'to be' business processes and workflows
Identify opportunities for process improvements
Assist with the development of project concept and business case documentation
Maintain the documented business requirements throughout the design and development process

Solid BA or technical analyst experience in legal and/or professional services
Previous experience working on data related initiatives and programs
Process mapping tool experience (eg flowcharting software or Unified Modelling Language)
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, i.e Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to engage and build professional relationships with people at all levels of the organisation
Ability to work on multiple projects with competing priorities effectively
