About this role
Role Overview
- Manage requests for document generation changes (letters, statements, certificates, etc.)
- Serve as the point of contact with our document-generation partner
- Write functional specifications and coordinate testing/acceptance phases (UAT)
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of document generation processes
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or Project Management (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in document generation (editique) or IT project management
- Ability to write clear and precise specifications
- Knowledge of health insurance operations is a plus
- Good command of English
