Full-service recruitment including drafting job advertisements, posting across various platforms, screening calls with potential candidates and working proactively through to final offer stage and everything in between.
Reaching out to candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other avenues to drive proactive recruitment in a growth driven environment and ideally have an existing network of professionals.
Assisting with direct hiring across a range of technical specialists adhering to the SLR recruitment process in an effective and efficient manner.
Assist with salary benchmarking and identifying/reporting market trends.
Assist with pipelining of talent for future business growth.
Support projects and process improvements, working with global Talent Acquisition team.
Keep up to date with employment legislation relevant to recruitment across APAC.
Requirements
5-8 years’ full-service recruitment experience from agency or in-house within the Sustainability, Science or Engineering sector and preferably within a consulting environment.
The ability to earn respect and confidence of colleagues and managers, use your own initiative and work autonomously.
Competent with Microsoft Office Suite and a range of HR Information Systems, experience with Workday would be highly advantageous.
Have a strong understanding of the environmental sustainability consulting sector and be able to utilise a network of candidates and continue to build our existing pipeline.
Partner quickly with the existing team for a smooth handover of tasks to be able to seamlessly deliver recruitment services for the team without any disruption.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to source and attract passive candidates.
