Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
7–10+ years of sales leadership experience.
Demonstrated success by scaling sales teams and exceeding revenue goals.
Strong business acumen in direct mail, large format, commercial print, and retail.
Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team‑building skills.
Highly organized, analytical, and adaptable.
